Problems: 

The session was recorrelated to add data from KOKEE that arrived late due to
having to be shipped.
But none of the KOKEE data could be included because all of the data 
had quality codes of 0 or could not be correlated.

Meanwhile only 19 ISHIOKA-WETTZELL observations could be correlated,
but 24 observations had been correlated in the initial release.
The correlator is aware of this anomaly and is investigating it.
